Our SAP conducts a thorough clinical assessment to determine the necessary support for employees who have violated DOT substance abuse regulations.
This includes referrals to appropriate education or treatment programs, follow-up evaluations to ensure compliance with recommendations, and the creation of a follow-up testing plan for employers.

Having met the requirements of CFR Part 40 subpart O, I am authorized to participate in the DOT return-to-duty process as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).

The SAP is charged with:

Making clinical assessment and evaluation to determine what assistance is needed by an employee in violation of DOT substance abuse regulations to complete the return-to-duty process

Referring the employee to an appropriate education and/or treatment program
All Inclusive Fee: $425

Conducting a follow-up evaluation to determine if the employee has actively participated and completed the SAP's initial recommendation.

Providing the current or future employer with a follow-up testing plan for the employee

Providing the employee and employer with recommendations for aftercare services as needed.
Payment is required before sessions.
