I can help you build and sustain a strong partnership with your spouse using techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Attachment Theory, Brainspotting,

Forward-Facing, Interpersonal dynamics, interpersonal neurobiology, and imago dialogue

GROUP COUNSELING

Sometimes being in a supportive nurturing community is just what is needed to help you as you strive to regain control in the face of the challenges you must face. For many, it is the first time that they truly know they are not alone. We provide groups for:

anger management
recovery and relapse prevention (MRT, Straight Ahead, or Matrix)

Effective social interaction, i.e. managing all the behaviors and feelings that exist within all of us that influence how we deal with others, hinges on the development of skills such as effective listening, communicating effectively, negotiating, managing confrontations, self-assertion, and empowerment. These skills and others are necessary for high performance and productivity in personal relationships, and also in our working lives. Improved social interaction skills can be acquired by participation in this 30-hour course. Please note a minimum of 12 participants must register for the course to run

The goal of intervention is to assist an organization or group realign to its core values and best practices to create a culture that supports workplace wellness, unleash creativity, and increase productivity in a 21st century environment.

Consulting Fee: $175/hr

DOT EVALUATIONS

Improved Safety Sensitive Functions

Having met the requirements of CFR Part 40 subpart O, I am authorized to participate in the DOT return-to-duty process as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). The SAP is charged with:

Making clinical assessment and evaluation to determine what assistance is needed by an employee in violation of DOT substance abuse regulations to complete the return-to-duty process;
Referring the employee to an appropriate education and/or treatment program;
Conducting a follow-up evaluation to determine if the employee has actively participated and completed the SAP's initial recommendation.
Providing the Employer with a follow-up testing plan for the employee; and
Providing the employee and employer with recommendations for aftercare services as needed.

All Inclusive Fee $395
