For many, it is the first time that they truly know they are not alone. We provide groups for anger management, recovery and relapse prevention (MRT, Straight Ahead & Matrix)

Effective social interaction, i.e. managing all the behaviors and feelings that exist within all of us that influence how we deal with others, hinges on the development of skills such as effective listening, communicating effectively, negotiating, managing confrontations, self-assertion, and empowerment. These skills and others are necessary for high performance and productivity in personal relationships, and also in our working lives. Improved social interaction skills can be acquired by participation in this 30-hour course. Please note a minimum of 12 participants must register for the course to run
Improve Your Culture
Organizations and their sub-units often experience being out of step with their own procedures, processes and espoused values with resulting harmful effects on productivity, working relationships, profitability and a toxic working environment. The goal of intervention is to assist the organization realign itself by: diagnosing; problem solving; developing, implementing, and evaluating solutions to the problems it faces to improve the culture and increase productivity. We work with you to develop and institutionalize capacity in those critical areas.
Improved Safety Sensitive Functions
Having met the requirements of CFR Part 40 subpart O, I am authorized to participate in the DOT return-to-duty process as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). The SAP is charged with:
Making a face-to-face clinical assessment and evaluation to determine what assistance is needed by an employee to resolve problems associated with alcohol and/or drug use;
Referring the employee to an appropriate education and/or treatment program as needed;
Conducting a face-to-face follow-up evaluation to determine if the employee has actively participated in the education and/or treatment program and has demonstrated successful compliance with the initial assessment and evaluation recommendations;
Providing the Employer with a follow-up testing plan for the employee; and
Providing the employee and employer with recommendations for continuing education and/or treatment.
